Do I need to buy everything?
No. We can start with one part of the business or a wider setup. Your quote lists exactly what is included.
Do I need new booking software?
We review the tools you already use and how to connect them. Any new tools, access requirements, or manual steps are covered in the plan.
What about software and message costs?
Your proposal separates our work from any software, message usage, or other third-party costs. Ad spend is identified separately when a campaign needs it.
How long does setup take?
The launch plan depends on the work and the tools involved. You get a timeline in your proposal before work starts.
What happens after launch?
We agree on support, improvements, and review of results. Ongoing fees, the initial term, cancellation, and data handoff are set out in writing.
